We are able to provide a full catalogue of industry proven pneumatic and hydraulic services that are available either within our own HQ premises or can be provided on-site at a customer’s own location.
Among the specialist skills available from our highly qualified specialist teams, using the most advanced apparatus, is the ability to pressure test pneumatic and hydraulic equipment using compressed air up to 10-9 mbars vacuum. Our hydraulic testing is available up to 25,000psi positive pressure.
Our pressure testing operation is further supported by the accredited capacity to clean pipes, hoses and assemblies after testing to the highest international standards. These are widely recognised up to Oxygen standards. We also provide system cleaning facilities that meet today’s top hydraulic recommendations and are accredited to BAE standard.
At SG Equipment we are qualified and accredited to deliver vacuum leak detection using Helium as the search media. This increasingly valuable service is available either in our own workshops or it can be conducted at a customer’s own premises.
